Will the magnet damage my phone?
No. HoldIt uses magnet shielding so your phone stays safe.
The shielding directs the magnetic field away from your device, protecting screens, cards, and electronics. We've tested this extensively with all major phone brands.
How strong is the magnet?
The magnet holds up to 4kg - strong enough for essentials.
It won't budge during sets, but you can pull it off easily when you need to move. The strength is calibrated for gym use - not so strong it's hard to remove, but secure enough to stay put.
Will it slip during training?
Not on steel equipment - it stays locked in place.
The magnet creates a solid hold on squat racks, benches, cable machines, and dumbbell racks. If you're lifting heavy or slamming weights nearby, it stays put. Just make sure the surface is clean for best grip.

What surfaces won't it stick to?
Won't stick to aluminium, plastic, wood, or thick paint.
If your gym uses aluminium equipment or heavily painted frames, it might not work. When in doubt, test with a fridge magnet first - if that sticks, HoldIt will stick.
How much fits inside?

The main pocket holds your essentials, there's a separate bottle sleeve, and a hidden AirTag pocket so you can track your bag. Everything has a spot, so you're not digging around between sets.
Is it sweat-proof and wipe-clean?
